The exhibition Les Annés 50 La mode en France 1947-1957, at Palais Galliera in Paris closed last November but the museum website has a section with all the information about the expo and two videos with a virtual visit and narration by the director of the museum, Olivier Saillard, who is also
the curator of the show. Despite that the context of the exhibit is focused to France, the story should attract universal interest for it marked a pivotal moment in the history of contemporary fashion.
